DEBT COLLECTORS (FIELD AGENTS AND COLLECTION AGENTS) ACT 2014 - SECT 72
Limitation on period of substitution
72 Limitation on period of substitution
(1) A principal field agent may not appoint a substitute for more than 12
weeks in any period of 12 months.
(2) The chief executive may not appoint a
substitute for any principal field agent for more than 26 weeks in any period
of 12 months.
