Application for registration
78 Application for registration
(1) An applicant for registration as a subagent must—
(a) apply to the chief
executive in the approved form; and
(b) state the term of the registration
being applied for; and
(c) establish the applicant’s suitability and
eligibility for registration as a subagent; and
(d) provide any information
the chief executive reasonably requires to decide whether the applicant is a
suitable person, and eligible, for registration as a subagent.

(a) the application fee prescribed under
a regulation; and
(b) the registration fee prescribed under a regulation; and
(c) if, before or when the application is made, a criminal history costs
requirement is made of the applicant—the amount of the costs required to be

prescribed under a regulation and certified as photographs of the applicant in
the way prescribed under a regulation.
(3) The chief executive may, by
written notice given to the applicant, require the applicant to give the chief
executive within a stated reasonable period information or material the chief
executive reasonably believes is needed to consider the application.
applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application if the applicant fails to
comply with a requirement made under subsection (3) .
