DRUGS MISUSE ACT 1986 - SECT 110E
Record requirements
(1) A regulation, a condition of a relevant authority, or the chief executive
by notice given to the holder of a relevant authority, may require (a
"record requirement" ) the holder of a relevant authority to do any of the
following— (a) record stated information (the
"required information" ) relating to activities conducted by the holder under
the relevant authority;
(b) keep the required information in a stated way or
at a stated place or for a stated period;
(c) give the chief executive or
another stated person the required information in a stated way or at stated
intervals or times.
(2) The holder of a relevant authority must comply with
the requirement unless the holder has a reasonable excuse. Penalty—
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
(3) A holder of a relevant authority
who is required to create a record under a record requirement must ensure the
record does not contain information the holder knows or ought reasonably to
know is false, misleading or incomplete in a material particular, unless the
holder has a reasonable excuse. Penalty— Maximum penalty—50 penalty
units.
