DRUGS MISUSE ACT 1986 - SECT 110G
Monitoring fees
(1) A regulation may prescribe 1 or more fees (each a
"monitoring fee" ) for the monitoring of activities performed under a relevant
authority.
(2) The chief executive may decide whether or not to impose a
particular monitoring fee on a particular holder of a relevant authority.
(3)
A fee prescribed under subsection (1) in relation to a monitoring activity
must not be more than the reasonable costs of the monitoring activity.
