Validation of orders for forfeiture or restraint made by District Court before commencement
143 Validation of orders for forfeiture or restraint made by District Court
before commencement
(1) This section applies to an order made before the commencement of this
section by the District Court under part 5.
(2) The order is taken to be, and
always to have been, as valid and effective as it would have been if
section 30(1), definition
"court" included a reference to the District Court at the relevant time.
