Validation of analysts’ certificates signed before commencement
146 Validation of analysts’ certificates signed before commencement
(1) This section applies to a certificate signed by an analyst under
section 128 before the commencement.
(2) The certificate is taken to be, and
to have always been, as valid and effective as it would have been if it were
signed after the commencement.
