DRUGS MISUSE ACT 1986 - SECT 85
Application for review
85 Application for review
(1) A person who is dissatisfied with a decision of the chief executive under
this part may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to QCAT for a review of
the decision.
(2) The chief executive must give a person an information
notice for a decision only if this Act so requires.
