DISASTER MANAGEMENT ACT 2003 - SECT 59
Reviewing and renewing plan
59 Reviewing and renewing plan
(1) A local government may review, or renew, its local disaster management
plan when the local government considers it appropriate.
(2) However, the
local government must review the effectiveness of the plan at least once a
year.
