DANGEROUS PRISONERS (SEXUAL OFFENDERS) ACT 2003 - SECT 17

17 Court or relevant appeal court to give reasons

(1) If the court or a relevant appeal court makes any of the following orders, it must give detailed reasons for making the order—

(a) a continuing detention order;

(b) an interim detention order;

(c) a supervision order;

(d) an interim supervision order.

(2) The reasons must be given at the time the order is made.
