ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 162
Amendment of submission
162 Amendment of submission
(1) If the administering authority has accepted a submission, the entity that
made the submission may, by written notice, amend or replace the submission.
(2) A notice under subsection (1) must be given to the administering authority
before the submission period ends.
