18 Meaning of environmentally relevant activity

Each of the following is an
"environmentally relevant activity" —

(a) an agricultural ERA as defined under section 79 ;

(b) a resource activity as defined under section 107 ;

(c) an activity prescribed under section 19 as an environmentally relevant activity.
