ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 234
Submission period
234 Submission period
(1) Despite sections 153 (1) (g) and 154 , the submission period for the
application is the period fixed by the administering authority by written
notice to the applicant.
(2) However, the period must be at least 20 business
days and must end at least 20 business days after the publication of the
application notice.
