If the administering authority decides to approve an amalgamation application, it must, within 5 business days after the decision is made—
(a) amalgamate the existing environmental authorities to give effect to the amalgamation; and
(b) issue to the applicant—(i) if the application is for an amalgamated corporate authority—an amalgamated corporate authority; or(ii) if the application is for an amalgamated local government authority—an amalgamated local government authority; or(iii) if the application is for an amalgamated project authority—an amalgamated project authority; and
(c) if the administering authority issues an amalgamated local government authority or amalgamated project authority—give the applicant written notice of the anniversary day for the amalgamated environmental authority; and
(d) if PRCP schedules for existing environmental authorities are amalgamated—give the applicant a copy of the amalgamated PRCP schedule; and
(e) include a copy of the amalgamated environmental authority and PRC plan in the relevant register.
