ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 284A

284A Who may apply

(1) The holder of an environmental authority may, at any time, apply to the administering authority to suspend the environmental authority (a
"suspension application" ).

(2) Also, the holder of a suspended environmental authority may, at any time during the suspension, apply to the administering authority to extend the period of the suspension (also a
"suspension application" ).
