ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 288
Rehabilitation auditors
288 Rehabilitation auditors
(1) A person may be commissioned to carry out an audit of a PRCP schedule only
if the person meets the requirements decided by the chief executive.
(2) To
remove any doubt, it is declared that chapter 12 , part 3A does not apply in
relation to rehabilitation auditors.
