Administering authority may seek advice, comment or information about application
316Q Administering authority may seek advice, comment or information about
application
(1) The administering authority may ask any entity for advice, comment or
information about an application, or a proposed PRC plan for the application,
made under this chapter at any time.
(2) There is no particular way the
advice, comment or information may be asked for and received and the request
may be by public notice.
