ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 318
Chief executive may make ERA standard
318 Chief executive may make ERA standard
(1) The chief executive may make a standard for— (a) the eligibility
criteria for an environmentally relevant activity; and
(b) the standard
conditions for an environmentally relevant activity.
(2) An ERA standard
mentioned in subsection (1) may state that the standard conditions apply to
relevant existing authorities.
