ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 318W

318W Application of pt 5
(1) This part applies to a registered suitable operator carrying out a
prescribed ERA that is a mobile and temporary environmentally relevant
activity, unless the activity is regulated waste transport.
(2) In this
section—
"regulated waste transport" means a prescribed ERA prescribed under a
regulation for this section, relating to the transport of waste.
