ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 318YF
Term of recognition
318YF Term of recognition
(1) Recognition of an accreditation program for an agricultural ERA remains in
force for the period, of not more than 5 years, decided by the chief executive
and stated in the instrument of recognition.
(2) Subsection (1) does not
apply if the recognition is cancelled before the period ends.
