Notice to registrar of titles about including land in contaminated land register
379 Notice to registrar of titles about including land in contaminated land
register
The administering authority must, within 5 business days after recording
particulars of land in the contaminated land register, give written notice
that the particulars have been recorded to the registrar of titles.
