ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 440ZT
Making applications
440ZT Making applications
(1) A person may apply to the chief executive to exempt the person from
complying with a provision of division 2 .
(2) The application must contain
the information necessary to enable the chief executive to decide the
application.
