ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 448

448 Issue of identity cards

(1) The administering executive must issue an identity card to each authorised person.

(2) The identity card must—

(a) contain a recent photograph of the authorised person; and

(b) be signed by the authorised person; and

(c) identify the person as an authorised person; and

(d) include an expiry date.

(3) Nothing in this section prevents the issue of a single identity card to a person for this Act and other Acts.
