ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 466

466 Power to require production of documents

(1) An authorised person may require a person to produce to the authorised person for inspection a document required to be held or kept under—

(a) this Act; or

(b) a development condition of a development approval; or

(c) an agricultural ERA standard that applies to an agricultural ERA; or

(d) a recognised accreditation program for an agricultural ERA.

(2) The authorised person may keep a produced document to take an extract from, or make a copy of, the document.

(3) The authorised person must return the document to the person as soon as practicable after taking the extract or making the copy.
