ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 484
Attempts to commit offences
484 Attempts to commit offences
(1) A person who attempts to commit an offence against this Act commits an
offence. Penalty— Maximum penalty—half the maximum penalty for
committing the offence.
(2) The Criminal Code , section 4 , applies to
subsection (1) .
