ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 515
Delegation by Minister
515 Delegation by Minister
(1) The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act to an
appropriately qualified public service officer.
(2) However, the Minister can
not delegate the power to give the rehabilitation commissioner a written
direction under section 444N (1) .
