Chief executive may make guidelines for administering authorities
548 Chief executive may make guidelines for administering authorities
(1) The chief executive may make guidelines about— (a) how an administering
authority complies with a regulatory requirement; or
(b) when an
administering authority may accept enforceable undertakings.
(2) The
administering authority must follow any guidelines made by the chief
executive.
(3) Before making a guideline, the chief executive must consult
with the persons or entities the chief executive considers appropriate.
(4)
If a guideline is made, the chief executive must notify the making of the
guideline in the gazette.
