Chief executive may make guidelines for particular matters under ch 5
550 Chief executive may make guidelines for particular matters under ch 5
(1) The chief executive may make guidelines to provide guidance to persons
about matters relating to— (a) the information required under section 126C
(1) (j) , 286 (d) , 298 (2) (d) , 309 (3) (b) or 312 (2) (d) ; or
(b) the
methodology mentioned in section 298 (2) (c) .
(2) The guidelines may be
amended or replaced by a later guideline made under this section.
