ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 574J
Notice of decision
574J Notice of decision
(1) Within 10 business days after making a decision under section 574I (2) ,
the chief executive must give written notice of the decision to the
complainant.
(2) If the decision is not to take action under division 4 , the
notice given to the complainant must state the reasons for the decision.
