Obligation to keep certificate of approval
574K Obligation to keep certificate of approval
A person given a certificate of approval under section 573 (2) (a) must keep
the certificate for the term of the approval, unless the person has a
reasonable excuse.
Penalty— Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
