ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 616A
EPA provisions prevail
(1) Subsection (2) applies if there is an inconsistency between— (a) a
provision of the current Act (an
"EPA provision" ); and
(b) a provision of a special agreement Act.
(2) To
remove any doubt, it is declared that the EPA provision prevails to the extent
of the inconsistency.
