616N Application of sdiv 5

This subdivision applies if the holder of a transitional authority (SAA) (the
"relevant transitional authority" ) makes an application under section 616H(1)(a) (the
"new authority application" ) for an environmental authority (mining activities) for a level 1 mining project of which the SAA mining activity the subject of the relevant transitional authority is a part.
