ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 669
Registration to carry out chapter 4 activity
(1) This section applies if— (a) before the commencement, the administering
authority issued a registration certificate to a person and, at the
commencement, the person does not have a development permit; or
(b) the
administering authority issues a registration certificate to a person under
the unamended Act as applied by section 668, and the person does not have a
development permit.
(2) Section 73G as in force immediately before the
commencement applies in relation to the registration certificate.
