ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 687
Existing audit notices
687 Existing audit notices
(1) This section applies if the administering authority has given the holder
of an environmental authority (mining activities) an audit notice under former
section 280(1) before the commencement.
(2) From the commencement, the audit
notice becomes an audit notice under section 322.
