Existing development condition requiring a transitional environmental program
743 Existing development condition requiring a transitional environmental
program
(1) This section applies to a development condition— (a) mentioned in former
section 332(1)(b); and
(b) that was in force immediately before the
commencement.
(2) The condition continues in force, and the pre-amended Act
continues to apply in relation to the condition, as if the amending Act had
not been enacted.
