Existing surrender applications
782 Existing surrender applications
(1) This section applies to a surrender application made, but not decided,
under this Act before the commencement.
(2) Chapter 5, part 10 as in force
immediately before the commencement applies to the application as if the
amendment Act had not been enacted.
