Existing progressive certification applications
789 Existing progressive certification applications
(1) This section applies to a progressive certification application made, but
not decided, under this Act before the commencement.
(2) Chapter 5A, part 6
as in force immediately before the commencement applies to the application as
if the amendment Act had not been enacted.
