ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 790
Existing review applications
(1) This section applies if a review application is made, but not decided,
under this Act before the commencement.
(2) Section 521 as in force
immediately before the commencement applies to the review application and a
related application for the review application as if the amendment Act had not
been enacted.
(3) In this section—
"related application" , for a review application (the
"first review application" ), means a review application in relation to the
original decision to which the first review application relates.
"review application" means an application under section 521.
