ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 80
Who carries out an agricultural ERA
(1) A person
"carries out" an agricultural ERA if the person carries out the activity on
land— (a) of which the person is the owner; or
(b) under an arrangement
about the use of the land with the owner of the land.
(2) Also, a person
"carries out" an agricultural ERA if the person is employed or otherwise
engaged by a person mentioned in subsection (1) to oversee the carrying out of
the agricultural ERA on the other person’s behalf.
