(1) The governing body of a non-State school must keep a record of each decision made by the school’s principal under section 248 as required under subsection (2) .Penalty—Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(2) The record must—(a) be kept for at least 5 years from the day the decision was made; and(b) for a decision to grant an application for an exemption—include the matters mentioned in section 249 (2) .
