Control of student discipline
275 Control of student discipline
(1) The principal of a State school must
control and regulate student discipline in the school.
(2) The way in which
the principal controls and regulates student discipline in the school may
include providing for students to carry on activities— (a) after school
hours; and
(b) on a day other than a school day.
