EDUCATION (GENERAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2006 - SECT 319
Submission against cancellation
319 Submission against cancellation
(1) This section applies if the
principal of a State school cancels the enrolment of a student under
section 316 (1) .
(2) The student may make a written submission against the
cancellation. Note— See also section 331 (Parent may also make submission,
representation or application).
(3) The submission must be made to the
chief executive and state fully the grounds for the submission and the facts
relied on.
