EDUCATION (GENERAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2006 - SECT 518
Suspension of student
518 Suspension of student
(1) This section applies if a student was
suspended from a State school under the pre-amended Act, section 285 before
the commencement.
(2) The pre-amended Act continues to apply for the
suspension as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
