539 Non-State school’s governing body to give particular information to
Minister for 2014–15 financial year
(1) A non-State school’s governing
body must, within 2 months after the end of the 2014–15 financial year,
advise the Minister of the number of orders, relating to the school, made
during that financial year under section 350 of the pre-amended Act, including
the number made in relation to children.
(2) This section does not limit
section 359.
