EDUCATION (GENERAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2006 - SECT 82

82 School councils do not have certain powers

A school council may not—

(a) have control of funds; or

(b) enter into contracts; or

(c) acquire, hold, dispose of or deal with property; or

(d) sue or be sued.
