EDUCATION (GENERAL PROVISIONS) ACT 2006 - SECT 85
Official members
85 Official members
(1) The official members of a school council for a State school are— (a) the
school’s principal; and
(b) if there is an association formed for the
school—the association’s president.
(2) An official member of a school
council is not eligible to be an elected member, or appointed member, of the
council.
