Action happening before commencement may be relevant to proceeding for particular acts or omissions
102 Action happening before commencement may be relevant to proceeding for
particular acts or omissions
(1) An action as mentioned in section 98(1) happening before the commencement
may be relevant to a proceeding relating to a contravention of a provision of
this Act involving an act or omission that happened after the commencement.
(2) This section does not limit the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 20C
.
(3) In this section—
"contravention" includes an alleged contravention.
