Application of div 2
37 Application of div 2
(1) The powers under this division may be exercised if an inspector enters a
place under section 22 (1) (a) , (c) or (d) .
(2) However, if the inspector
enters under section 22 (1) (a) or (c) , the powers under this division are
subject to any conditions of the consent or terms of the warrant.
