Seizing evidence at a place that may be entered without consent or warrant
41 Seizing evidence at a place that may be entered without consent or warrant
(1) An inspector who enters a place the inspector may enter under this Act
without the consent of an occupier of the place and without a warrant under
section 28 (2) may seize a thing at the place if the inspector reasonably
believes the thing is evidence of an offence against this Act or a
primary Act.
(2) Subsection (1) applies even if the entry is under a warrant
issued under section 28 (3) .
