Information commissioner and privacy commissioner may appear in proceedings
155 Information commissioner and privacy commissioner may appear in
proceedings
The information commissioner or privacy commissioner is entitled
to appear and be heard in a proceeding arising out of the performance of the
functions of the commissioner.
