Operation of Public Records Act 2002
189 Operation of Public Records Act 2002
(1) Without limiting section 4 ,
this Act does not affect the provisions of the Public Records Act 2002
relating to the giving of access to documents by the Queensland State
Archives.
(2) Without limiting section 7 , the Public Records Act 2002 does
not prevent a person obtaining access to a document in the custody of
Queensland State Archives to which a person may obtain access under this Act.
